About the Role
You will build and maintain the ERP, CRM and business applications that run our clients' daily operations. This is not agency work — the systems you build are used by production supervisors, accountants and sales teams every day, and you will hear directly when something does not work for them.
You will own modules end to end: understanding the requirement, designing the data model, building it, and supporting it after go-live. You will also spend time on client premises understanding how the work actually happens, which is the part most developers find unexpectedly interesting.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Laravel applications used in daily production
- Design database schemas for new modules and review those of others
- Write clean, readable code with tests for the parts that matter
- Participate in requirement discussions directly with clients
- Debug and resolve issues reported by users, with a defined response time
- Review pull requests from other developers on the team
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience with PHP and Laravel
- Solid understanding of relational database design and query optimisation
- Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Able to explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical person
- Good written English — you will write documentation and client emails
- Willingness to visit client sites within Gujarat occasionally
