About the Role
You will sit between our clients and our development team, and you will spend a meaningful part of your time on factory floors, in warehouses and at reception desks — watching how work actually happens before anyone writes a line of code.
The core skill is noticing the gap between how a process is described in a meeting and how it is performed in reality. That gap is where most software projects fail, and closing it is the whole job.
What You'll Do
- Conduct on-site process studies with client teams
- Document current-state and proposed processes clearly
- Write functional specifications the development team can build from
- Run requirement and sign-off sessions with client stakeholders
- Support user acceptance testing and training
- Act as the primary point of contact through delivery
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in a business analyst or similar delivery role
- Experience with ERP, CRM or operational software projects
- Excellent written documentation skills in English
- Comfortable talking to shop-floor staff and to directors on the same day
- Basic SQL for investigating data questions independently
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Gujarat
